This dish was adapted from one I found on here this evening. I doubled the recipe and used lower fat Condensed Mushroom soup, garlic powder in place of onion, and added some seasonings...enjoy.

So, if I would have had more veggies on hand I would have added them to it. It increases the fiber and makes the dish look prettier in the end.
Broccoli or red, yellow, or green bell peppers are good additions.
