How to make it

  • Mix garlic with and set aside.
  • Stand asparagus spears upright in a tall pan of boiling water.
  • Cover and cook 10 minutes then carefully lift asparagus to a colander to drain.
  • Arrange asparagus on warm plates and spoon garlic oil over tips.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan and lemon juice then serve immediately.
