Asparagus With Garlic

- 3 cloves garlic crushed shopping list
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 pounds fresh asparagus shopping list
- 6 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Mix garlic with and set aside.
- Stand asparagus spears upright in a tall pan of boiling water.
- Cover and cook 10 minutes then carefully lift asparagus to a colander to drain.
- Arrange asparagus on warm plates and spoon garlic oil over tips.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and lemon juice then serve immediately.
