Peanut Butter And Banana Sammy Recipe

Ingredients

2 slices or bread (I prefer a bread with lots of oat)

1 ripe banana

peanut butter

mayo

crisp lettuce (iceberg or romaine)

Directions

I think its better texturally if you toast the bread, if you like your food mushy skip that part.

add peanut butter to one slice, mayo to the other

add banana slices and the lettuce

enjoy
