How to make it

  • Cream together shortening and 1 cup sugar till smooth. Add one whole 1 and 2 egg yolks (set egg whites aside).
  • Gradually add flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Spread in a 9 x 13 pan.
  • On top sprinkle nuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  • Beat the 2 egg whites with 1 cup sugar and spread on top of the nut, chip and marshmallow mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  • Cut while still hot - if you wait you might just have to eat the "whole" thing LOL
