How to make it

  • Place asparagus in a 1-1/2 quart shallow baking dish.
  • In a frying pan sauté the green pepper and onion in butter.
  • In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, tarragon and lemon juice.
  • Add the green pepper, onion and crab meat.
  • Pour mixture over the asparagus and sprinkle with parmesan.
  • Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
