Asparagus Topped With Crab

- 1 pound fresh asparagus parboiled shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped white onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 2 cups plain yogurt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon tarragon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- 12 ounces crab meat shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Place asparagus in a 1-1/2 quart shallow baking dish.
- In a frying pan sauté the green pepper and onion in butter.
- In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, tarragon and lemon juice.
- Add the green pepper, onion and crab meat.
- Pour mixture over the asparagus and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
