Tomato Sapgehetti Soup

- 3 lbs short rib bones shopping list
- 2 quarts of water shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups spaghetti shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 1 tsp italian seasoning shopping list
- 1 cup onion diced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 cups diced tomatoes or 1 can tomato soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream shopping list
How to make it
- In a large stock pot add 2 quarts of water, bay leaf, Italian seasonings, salt & pepper and short ribs allow to simmer for 2 hours until tender and falling off the bones (remove bones) .Add diced onions and tomatoes and spaghetti (uncooked)- When the soup is done approximately 20 mins later add cream and serve - if you want to add meat balls to the soup simply make your favorite meatball recipe and cook till done and add at the last minute before serving a few shavings of fresh mozzarella or parmasan cheese and some garlic toast finish this classic - enjoy!
