Ravioli in Pinon Cream Sauce

- 1 package (1 lb) meat-stuffed ravioli shopping list
- 1 cup pinon nuts shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the ravioli according to package directions just until tender but still firm, about 7 minutes.
- Place the pinons in a food processor and process until they are finely ground.
- Heat the cream in a saucepan. Stir in the ground pinons and Parmesan cheese. Heat through, being careful that the cream doesn't boil.
- When the ravioli are done, drain off the water and pour them into a serving bowl. Pour the sauce over the ravioli and sprinkle on the parsley. Serve immediately.
