Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook milk, sugar, cornstarch and salt over medium heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened
  • Beat egg yolks and 1 whole egg…..
  • Add 1 cup hot milk mixture to beaten egg yolks, stir and return to hot milk…….
  • Continue cooking and stirring constantly , but do not boil, until of custard consistency………
  • Add rum and cream sherry
  • Cool and serve over cake or your favorite dessert……..
  • 8 servings……..
