Sherry Custard Sauce

                    - 1- quart milk shopping list
- 3/4-- cup sugar shopping list
- 1- egg shopping list
- 3- egg yolks shopping list
- 3- Tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
- 1/8- teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2-- cup cream sherry shopping list
- 1- - teaspoon rum or rum flavoring shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Cook milk, sugar, cornstarch and salt over medium heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened
- Beat egg yolks and 1 whole egg…..
- Add 1 cup hot milk mixture to beaten egg yolks, stir and return to hot milk…….
- Continue cooking and stirring constantly , but do not boil, until of custard consistency………
- Add rum and cream sherry
- Cool and serve over cake or your favorite dessert……..
- 8 servings……..
