How to make it

  • Heat Olive Oil in Saucepan
  • Saute Onions until Translucent (not carmelized)
  • Add Pistachios and enough Olive Oil to lightly coat
  • Cook for about a minute, they should not change color
  • Add cream until heated throughout
  • Remove from heat
  • Add seasonings to taste
  • Serve over anything you like, I make it with Tomato Basil Fetticcine
  • Put grated cheese on top and mix in.
  • Enjoy! :)

    Love pistachio, and this would definitely be good over pasta or meat alone...good stuff!
