Super Easy Chocolate Glaze

This is your basic glossy chocolate glaze. It can be flavored with liquor if you like
Ingredients
- 7 oz semi-sweet chocolate/chopped shopping list
- 9T unsalted butter shopping list
- 2T light corn syrup shopping list
How to make it
- melt ingredients together in small heavy sauce pan, stirring until smooth
- remove from heat and continue stirring til luke warm
- put parchment paper under cake rack to catch drippings
- Pour luke warm glaze over completely cooled cake letting it run over the sides
- quickly smooth glaze over top and sides of cake with icing spatula.
- don't over work it.
- Refrigerate til set/ about half an hour
