How to make it

  • melt ingredients together in small heavy sauce pan, stirring until smooth
  • remove from heat and continue stirring til luke warm
  • put parchment paper under cake rack to catch drippings
  • Pour luke warm glaze over completely cooled cake letting it run over the sides
  • quickly smooth glaze over top and sides of cake with icing spatula.
  • don't over work it.
  • Refrigerate til set/ about half an hour
