Ingredients
  • 2 large sweetpotatoes cooked and mashed
  • 1/4 cup brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Flour Approximately
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Dash cayenne pepper {May omit

Directions
  1. Beat into the potatoes sugar, egg, and enough flour fo dumplings consisitency
  2. Season to taste drop by tablespoon full into boiling salted water Boil gently remove with slotted spon as soon as they rise to surface about 5 minutes Drain and turn in melted butter and brown sugar
  3. Makes 1 1/2 dozen
