How to make it
- On a small cookie sheet lay out the pecans and set aside.
- Mix together cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper and season salt.
- Shape cheese mixture into a ball, and gently roll into the pan with pecans, until completely covered. Reshape as you go to form a ball or a log shape.
- Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with crackers, thick chips or even crisp cookies.
