Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball Recipe
This fruity, nutty cheesy throw-together is a great addition to a party table full of delitable delights. Quick easy and just plain simple and tasty.

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg Cream Cheese
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) can Crushed Pineapple, drained
  • 2 tbsp Green Peppers, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp Lawry's Season Salt
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups chopped pecans

Directions
  1. On a small cookie sheet lay out the pecans and set aside.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper and season salt.
  3. Shape cheese mixture into a ball, and gently roll into the pan with pecans, until completely covered. Reshape as you go to form a ball or a log shape.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with crackers, thick chips or even crisp cookies.

One of my favorite cheeseballs! I have a similar recipe on my page; mine has a little onion added. This is one of those recipes that people wrinkle their noses at, but when they try it, they love it! Great post. - Natalie
