A super easy way to get a cheese cake fix.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese (2 pkgs)

Directions
  1. Put all the ingredients into blender on mix for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Pour into a greased square glass baking dish. (with or without a graham cracker crust)
  3. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  5. Let cool and refrigerate.
  6. Top with favorite topping on top or on the side.
  7. Enjoy.
