Ingredients

2 Cups Bisquick

1 1/4 Cups Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy)

1 can sweetened condensed milk (NOT EVAPORATED)

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 egg

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Directions

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

Shape into small or medium sized balls and flatten with fork.

The cookies don't rise much and they don't get too brown so watch out that the bottoms don't get too burnt.

*another option is to roll these in sugar and cinnamon like a snickerdoodle!*

You can almost eliminate any kind of excess browning caused by hot spots on baking sheets by using a silicone baking liner. I got one from AceMart.com a restaurant supply. Mine is made by Le Creuset made in Italy. I love the thing. It withstands heat up to 500 degrees and you could cook a roast on the thing and it cleans up in a jiffy. I don't know how long silicone baking pans etc.. have been around but I just recently discovered them. Amazing difference!
