This is a favorite of my families. Again my mother-in-law gave it to me when I was first married. I have made this dish many times.

- 1-32oz. Package of frozen Hash Browns (Thawed)
- 1 Stick butter melted
- 1/2 Cup onion chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 8oz. carton sour cream
- 1 stick Cracker barrel Sharp cheese grated (any grated sharp cheese will do)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

Ingredients

1-32oz. Package of frozen hash browns (Thawed) shopping list
1 Stick butter melted shopping list
1/2 Cup onion chopped shopping list
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) shopping list
1 8oz. carton sour cream shopping list
1 stick cracker barrel Sharp cheese grated (any grated sharp cheese will do) shopping list
1 teaspoon salt shopping list
1 teaspoon pepper shopping list

How to make it

Combine all. Lightly spray baking dish with Pam. Add ingredients to baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes
