This is a favorite of my families. Again my mother-in-law gave it to me when I was first married. I have made this dish many times.

Ingredients
  • 1-32oz. Package of frozen Hash Browns (Thawed)
  • 1 Stick butter melted
  • 1/2 Cup onion chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 8oz. carton sour cream
  • 1 stick Cracker barrel Sharp cheese grated (any grated sharp cheese will do)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions
  1. Combine all. Lightly spray baking dish with Pam. Add ingredients to baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes
