Cheesy Hashbrown Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1-32oz. Package of frozen Hash Browns (Thawed)

1 Stick butter melted

1/2 Cup onion chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)

1 8oz. carton sour cream

1 stick Cracker barrel Sharp cheese grated (any grated sharp cheese will do)

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Combine all. Lightly spray baking dish with Pam. Add ingredients to baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes
