RICOTTA CAKE

- 1 Package of yellow cake mix (Any Brand) shopping list
- 1 Lg (32 oz) Container of ricotta cheese, Part Skim shopping list
- 1-3/4 Cups egg Beaters shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Splenda Blend shopping list
- 1/3 Cup canola oil shopping list
- 1-1/4 Cups water shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl blend cake mix, water, oil and 3/4 cup egg beaters.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan.
- In a medium bowl mix ricotta cheese, splenda blend, 1 cup egg beaters and vanilla.
- Pour evenly over the top of the cake batter. Do not mix...
- Bake for 1 hour. Cool, chill and enjoy.
