Another one that I can't remember where I found it. This one is just so easy, that it's hard to imagine it's actually really good!

Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless
  • 2, 10 oz. cans Rotel tomatoes, undrained
  • water
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning

Directions
  1. In a small bowl combine tomatoes, 1 tomato can of water and taco seasoning.
  2. Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Pour tomato mixture on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours.
