How to make it

  • Combine raisins and water boil 5 min.
  • Blend sugar,cornstarch cinnamon,and salt. Add to raisins.
  • Cook stirring until clear. Remove from heat. Add vinegar butter and cool slightly.
  • Turn into pastry line pan, add cover pastry either whole or in strips.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
  • Serve warm.
