How to make it

  • Bring lentils, ginger and about 4 cups water to boil; reduce heat
  • and cover.
  • Simmer over low heat till lentils are cooked (about 1/2 hour).
  • Chop carrot, pepper & garlic and fry.
  • Add 1-1/4 cup boiling water to couscous, cover, and leave 5 min.
  • Mix all ingredients together with some olive oil.
