Stuffed Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Dice 2 of the strawberries and set aside
  • Cut a thin slice from stem end of each remaining strawberry, forming a base for each strawberry to stand on.
  • Cut each strawberry into 4 wedges starting at pointed end and cutting to but not through stem end
  • Beat cream cheese on medium speed with electric mixer until fluffy.
  • Stin in, diced strawberries, walnuts and powdered sugar.
  • Mix well.
  • Spoon or pipe about 1 tsp. mixture into each strawberry
