Ingredients
  • 20 large fresh strawberries
  • 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp.finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar

Directions
  1. Dice 2 of the strawberries and set aside
  2. Cut a thin slice from stem end of each remaining strawberry, forming a base for each strawberry to stand on.
  3. Cut each strawberry into 4 wedges starting at pointed end and cutting to but not through stem end
  4. Beat cream cheese on medium speed with electric mixer until fluffy.
  5. Stin in, diced strawberries, walnuts and powdered sugar.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Spoon or pipe about 1 tsp. mixture into each strawberry
