How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 375
  • Put a piece of foil on a cookie sheet.
  • Put a slight layer of the ground sausage on the bottom of the pan.
  • Place the precooked sausages on the sausage layer and the cover with the rest of the ground pork.
  • Cover the loaf with the slices of uncooked bacon.
  • Cook in the oven for approximately an hour until loaf is cooked thru and the bacon is nice and crispy.
