Found this "interpretation" of a turducken surfing on the web somewhere. It is Pork Paradise!!

Ingredients
  • 2 precooked sausages (I used cheese bratwursts)
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 6 slices of uncooked bacon (uncooked)

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375
  2. Put a piece of foil on a cookie sheet.
  3. Put a slight layer of the ground sausage on the bottom of the pan.
  4. Place the precooked sausages on the sausage layer and the cover with the rest of the ground pork.
  5. Cover the loaf with the slices of uncooked bacon.
  6. Cook in the oven for approximately an hour until loaf is cooked thru and the bacon is nice and crispy.
