How to make it

  • Chop all the vegetables into small pieces
  • Heat oil n ghee in a pressure cooker
  • Add mustard seeds n red chilly
  • Add toor dal
  • Add onions n stir fry
  • Add tomatoes n all d sliced vegetables n stir fry
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala n coriander powder
  • Now add rice n pour 6 cups of water
  • Cover the lid of the cooker n cook in high flame
  • After 3 whistles turn off the stove
