Low Calorie Low Fat Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz boiling water
  • 2 oz skim milk
  • 2 heaping tablespoons high quality baking cocoa
  • 3 to 10 high quality chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Add 8 oz boiling water to large microwavable mug
  2. Add baking cocoa
  3. Add chocolate chips and stir until mixed well.
  4. Add milk and place in microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute depending on your microwave.
  5. Remove and stir. Cool to drinking temp and stir before each sip.
  6. It may take a couple of days to get use to the intense chocolate flavor but the milk and the small amount of chocolate chips adds just the right amount of sweetness.
  7. Enjoy!
