Ingredients
- 1 (12-inch) flour tortilla, heated
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 1 Hoffy brand natural casing all-beef hot dog, steamed or lightly grilled
- 2 slices pastrami, cut in strips 1-inch wide and 2-inches long, lightly fried in 1/2 tbs butter
- 1/2 cup beef chili (no beans), heated
- chopped onion
Directions
- Lay the tortilla out flat. Wrap the cheese slice around the hot dog and place in the center of the tortilla.
- Top with pastrami, chili, and onion. Fold in the ends of the tortilla then fold in the side as for a burrito.
- Serve immediately.
