Ingredients

2 c. butter

2 c. brown sugar

5 c. blended oatmeal (measure first, then blend into a fine powder)

1 t. salt

24 oz. choco chips

2 c. sugar

4 c. flour

4 eggs

2 t. vanilla

2 t. baking powder

2 t. baking soda

Directions

Cream butter and both sugars

Add eggs and vanilla

Mix in separate bowl, flour, blended oatmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder

Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed mixture

Add chocolate chips

Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes
