How to make it

  • Cook rice while rice is cooking
  • Cut chicken breast into 1" long strips and season with all the spices, be generous with the spices, the meat should be completely covered
  • Julienne peppers
  • Heat a heavy saute pan till hot (and I mean hot!)
  • Add olive oil
  • Saute chicken spiced strips
  • when almost done add cut up peppers and saute for 3 more minutes
  • Add honey, peanut butter, pepper paste and chicken broth stir until it reduces to desired thickness
  • Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.
  • Serve over cooked rice
