left over stew

I was putting together some leftover one day and came up with this spicy spin on pork stew. It has become my altime favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs cooked pork shopping list
- 1 lg can sweet potatoes shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 1 tbls garlic minced shopping list
- 1 can butter beans shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 cup BBQ sauce shopping list
How to make it
- In a large sauce pan cook garlic and onion in a little oil
- Cut cooked pork into bite sized pieces and place in pan
- Pour in the liquid from the sewwt potatoes
- Cut the sweet potatoes into bite sized peices and put in pan
- Add can butter beans with liquid.
- Add 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- Simmer until thickened. Add more BBQ sauce to taste.
- Sreve with crusty bread.
