A wonderful cooked appetizer which looks lovely baked in a quiche dish! Serve on breads, crackers or chips.

Ingredients
  • 24 ounces canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients well.
  3. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole OR a quiche dish.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes OR until golden and bubbly.

Yummy! I like to add some red pepper flakes or minced green olives with this for a twist on the flavor. Always a hit at a party!
