Ingredients
  • cubbed steak
  • flour
  • 2 eggs
  • pepper (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)

Directions
  1. mix salt pepper with flour
  2. put eggs in a bowl and beat
  3. dip steaks in egg
  4. then in the flour mixture
  5. fry in veg. oil
