Yummy Leftovers Pasta

I was hungry and didn't feel like running to the grocery store, so I threw together leftovers and voila! Yummeriffic pasta.
Ingredients
- 1 serving leftover rotini pasta shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- Handful frozen peas shopping list
- Half a pack of Smart Strips Chick'n, chopped shopping list
- Handful old baby spinach, torn shopping list
- 1/3 cup shredded mozerella flavored vegan cheese shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- salt shopping list
- cayenne pepper shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Saute garlic and chick'n until chick'n is browning. Add peas and torn spinach. Stir until spinach is wilted and peas are unfrozen.
- Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
- Nuke pasta until warm.
- Mix pasta with chick'n mixture. Top with shredded "cheese". Nuke until cheese begins to melt.
- Stir well and spoon into bowl. Top with fresh ground black pepper.
