Yummy Leftovers Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

1 serving leftover rotini pasta

2 cloves garlic, chopped

Handful frozen peas

Half a pack of Smart Strips Chick'n, chopped

Handful old baby spinach, torn

1/3 cup shredded mozerella flavored vegan cheese

Olive oil

Salt

Cayenne pepper

Fresh ground black pepper

Directions

Saute garlic and chick'n until chick'n is browning. Add peas and torn spinach. Stir until spinach is wilted and peas are unfrozen.

Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Nuke pasta until warm.

Mix pasta with chick'n mixture. Top with shredded "cheese". Nuke until cheese begins to melt.

Stir well and spoon into bowl. Top with fresh ground black pepper.
