Bloody Mary Meatloaf

- 2½ pounds ground beef shopping list
- ½ cup dry breadcrumbs shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1¼-1½ cups liquid Bloody Mary mix shopping list
- 2 teaspoons thyme, crushed shopping list
- ¼ cup parsley, minced shopping list
- 1 onion, minced shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 3 uncooked bacon strips shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients except bacon strips. Shape into loaf; place in loaf pan. Lay bacon on top & bake for 1¼ to 1½ hours or until done. Drain off any accumulated drippings a couple of times during baking and when done.
