Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy creme
  • 1 cup sour creme

Directions
  1. In a plastic container (with lid) mix heavy creme and sour creme.
  2. Let stand uncovered for 12 hours at room temperature.
  3. Cover and store in refrigerator.

I was just looking at a recipe for minature biscuits and strawberries with Creme Fraiche and I was wondering where I was going to find it. Now I can just make it myself. Thank you for posting this recipe. :D


FYI I have found Creme Fraiche at Trader Joe's for a VERY reasonable price. Of course I know not everyone is near a Trader Joe's, in fact I take a cooler when I go because it's over an hour away ;)
I'd looked up recipes on the internet some time ago, but they were all VERY scary. I may have to try this one! Thanks.
