OUT OF THIS WORLD MOCHA ICE CREAM WAFFLE CUP SUNDAES This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Puckett Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 4 waffle cups
  • 1/2 cup crushed chocolate covered butter toffee bars
  • 1/2 pint coffee ice cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
  • Additional pieces of butter toffee bars

Directions
  1. Place 1 tablespoon crushed toffee in each of the waffle cups then scoop in 1/4 cup ice cream.
  2. Layer with 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce and 1 tablespoon crushed toffee.
  3. Top with 1/4 cup ice cream then garnish with toffee pieces and serve immediately.
