  • 1 Reynolds Oven Bag, large size (14:x20")
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cans (14 1/2- oz. each) Italian stewed tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef round steak, 1/2-inch thick

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Shake flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  3. Add tomatoes, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper to oven bag.
  4. Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour.
  5. Pound beef to 1/8 to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
  6. Cut beef in 4 pieces.
  7. Add beef to oven bag.
  8. Turn oven bag to coat beef with sauce.
  9. Arrange beef in an even layer in oven bag.
  10. Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top.
  11. Bake until beef is tender, 45 to 50 minutes.
