How to make it

  • Pour the vodka into a large glass jar.
  • Add the lemon peels.
  • Seal and set aside for 3 days.
  • After 3 days, fill a large saucepan with the water
  • Add the sugar and bring to a boil; stirring frequently..
  • Cook uncovered at a low boil for 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  • Add the vodka and lemon peels and set aside for 1 hour..
  • Discard the lemon peels.
  • Use a funnel to pour the vodka into bottles and seal tightly. This is a must have for anyone who loves Limoncello. Hand molded and painted by skilled Italian artisans. A perfect way to add a touch of elegance to your next Italian dinner party.
  • Place in the freezer for 6-8 hours to chill completely..
  • Store in the freezer, so that the drink is cold when ready to serve
