Ingredients
  • 250 gms chicken (leg pieces r breast pieces)
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp cashew nuts paste
  • 1 onion (puree)
  • 2 tomatoes (puree)
  • 1 tsp chilly powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt 2 taste
  • 1 tbsp refined oil
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions
  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add onion puree n stir fry
  3. Add ginger garlic paste
  4. Add cashew nuts paste
  5. Add tomato puree
  6. Add salt, chilly powder, garam masala n turmeric powder
  7. Add chicken pieces
  8. cook covered for 15 mts
