Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pour most of the chile verde sauce into a large glass bowl (about 5/6)
  • Put the 1 lb of meat into the bowl of chile verde, mix it around and let it soak
  • Roughly chop the onions and jalapenos and shred the cheese
  • Take the rest of the chile verde and 1 tsp of veggie oil, put them in a small skillet, and turn to medium heat
  • Once hot, add in the onion and jalapenos
  • Cook until onions slightly brown and then add the cheese
  • Take the cheezy stuff off the heat when cheese is melted
  • While the onions are browning and cheese melting, separate the soaked meat into 4 patties
  • Once the cheese is melted, put half of the cheese/onions/jalapenos on one patty and the other half on another patty
  • Then take the patties without the cheese and put them on top of the cheesed patties
  • Mold down the edges to form two fat patties with no cheese showing
  • Then take the two cheese filled patties and put them on an oiled pan and cook on medium-low heat until cooked all the way through
  • flipping occasionally
  • Once the patties are done, spread guacamole on the buns and put the patties on the buns
  • EAT!

This sounds really good :) I think I might have to cut it into four patties though...1/2 pounders are too big for my appetite! :P
