The perfect drink to take you away to the islands at the end of the day.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp simple syrup
  • Sprite

Directions
  1. Combine rum, juice, and syrup in shaker with ice.
  2. Pour into tall glass and top off with Sprite.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel over edge of glass.
  4. ****************************************************
  5. Try making it a slushi, and blending it with 1/2 cup ice in the blender.
