Chocolate lollipops are the perfect easy to make treat for all occasions. Even if you have had no chocolate making experience, you can get creative with your chocolate lollipops and embellish them in a variety of ways.

Ingredients
  • >Chocolate bags (any color you like)
  • >Lollipops sticks
  • >Candy molds
  • > Double boiler
  • >Basket
  • >grass(any color)
  • >clear plastic lollipop bags

Directions

  2. Pour your chocolate into the top pot of the double boiler.
  3. Step2
  4. Turn the heat on low. Gently melt the chocolate until it becomes liquid.
  5. Step3
  6. Stir the chocolate as it melts. Continue to stir the chocolate so it does not burn or stick to the double boiler.
  7. Step4
  8. Lay your candy molds out on a flat surface.
  9. Step5
  10. Place one lollipop stick in each mold. Fit them into the slot for the lollipop sticks.
  11. Step6
  12. Pour the melted chocolate into the lollipop candy molds until they are filled
  13. Step7
  14. Allow the chocolate to cool. Fill in with more chocolate if it settles unevenly as it cools. Make sure the stick is covered. put in freezer for about 8 mins.
  15. Step8
  16. Pop the chocolate lollipops out of the candy mold then wrap in clear lollipop bags
