Mango Salsa Ataulfo

This time of year the ATAULFO mangoes make thier way into the markets. They are by far the best mango. Combined with pineapple and cilantro this makes a great slasa to eat with fish or chicken, or by the spoonful.
Ingredients
- 3 ATAULFO mangos diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple diced shopping list
- 1/2 or 1 (depending on spice level desired) jalopeno pepper minced shopping list
- 1/4 red peeper diced shopping list
- juice from a lime shopping list
- chopped cilantro to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Chop all ingredients
- combine
- serve with chicken or fish
- or just eat!
