How to make it

  • Brown onion in margarine.
  • Add flour, chicken broth and milk. Cook on low heat until creamy, stirring frequently.
  • Add cooked chicken and mixed vegetables (I don't thaw them first).
  • Place mixture into pie crust. Put second pie crust over top and crimp edges.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
