Chicken Pot Pie

- 2-9" pie crusts shopping list
- 1/3 cup margarine melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/3 cup flour shopping list
- 1 can chicken broth shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- 2 1/2 cup cooked chicken shopping list
- 1-2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (I use about 1/2 bag) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Brown onion in margarine.
- Add flour, chicken broth and milk. Cook on low heat until creamy, stirring frequently.
- Add cooked chicken and mixed vegetables (I don't thaw them first).
- Place mixture into pie crust. Put second pie crust over top and crimp edges.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
