How to make it

  • Combine beef, chives, tarragon, salt, parsley, onion, tomato, egg and
  • cheese. Mix well. Divide into 12 equal pieces
  • Place 1 pile of equally divided cheese mixture in center of 6 patties and top each pattie with another pattie. With fingers firmly press edges of burgers together all the way around to form a tight seal.
  • Grill or broil until meat is done. About 8 minutes or less on each side.
  • Keep checking them.
  • Serve with your favorite bread or buns.
