Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Chives
  • 3/4 teaspoon Tarragon, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • 1/4 cup snipped fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, with the green, sliced very thin
  • 1 small Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 6 ounces Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons Butter

Directions
  1. Combine beef, chives, tarragon, salt, parsley, onion, tomato, egg and
  2. cheese. Mix well. Divide into 12 equal pieces
  3. Place 1 pile of equally divided cheese mixture in center of 6 patties and top each pattie with another pattie. With fingers firmly press edges of burgers together all the way around to form a tight seal.
  4. Grill or broil until meat is done. About 8 minutes or less on each side.
  5. Keep checking them.
  6. Serve with your favorite bread or buns.
