Fromage Burger

- 2 pounds ground beef shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon tarragon, crushed shopping list
- 2 teaspoons seasoned Salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1/4 cup green onions, with the green, sliced very thin shopping list
- 1 small tomatoes, diced shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 6 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter shopping list
How to make it
- Combine beef, chives, tarragon, salt, parsley, onion, tomato, egg and
- cheese. Mix well. Divide into 12 equal pieces
- Place 1 pile of equally divided cheese mixture in center of 6 patties and top each pattie with another pattie. With fingers firmly press edges of burgers together all the way around to form a tight seal.
- Grill or broil until meat is done. About 8 minutes or less on each side.
- Keep checking them.
- Serve with your favorite bread or buns.
