My friend who lives in Texas, gave me this one, a while back. It's a great tasting Goulash. Best served with corn bread muffins.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • hot peppers to taste
  • 2 cans creamed corn, drained
  • 2 cans pork 'n beans, drained
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • garlic powder, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, to taste

Directions
  1. Saute the onion and peppers, ONLY UNTIL SLIGHTLY SOFTENED - set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef, seasonings to taste, drain.
  3. Add back in onions and peppers, and rest of ingredients. Simmer
  4. approximately 15-20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with grated cheese if desired.

Oh Blue. this is very diffrent and wonderful, cream corn drained, never saw that before, but will definitely have to try this one, thanks for the great post......:)
