West Indies Crab Salad

- 1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat shopping list
- 1 medium yellow onion chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon celery seed shopping list
- 2 teaspoons capers shopping list
- 6 bay leaves shopping list
- 6 ounces cider vinegar shopping list
- 3 ounces vegetable oil shopping list
- 4 ounces ice water shopping list
How to make it
- Layer crab and onions then sprinkle each layer with celery seed and capers.
- Toss in a few bay leaves in each layer.
- Mix vinegar, oil and water and pour over crabmeat mixture.
- Refrigerate overnight.
