Lizzies Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 c peanut butter, chunky or smooth

1 c sugar

1 large egg

1 t baking soda

1/2 t vanilla extract

1 c miniature chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl & then add the chocolate chips.

Mix well

Using moistened hands (the dough is sticky), shape 1-T portions of the dough into balls.

Place about 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for ~ 12 minutes, until the cookies are puffy but still soft to the touch.

Immediately transfer to racks to cool.
