How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl & then add the chocolate chips.
  • Mix well
  • Using moistened hands (the dough is sticky), shape 1-T portions of the dough into balls.
  • Place about 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for ~ 12 minutes, until the cookies are puffy but still soft to the touch.
  • Immediately transfer to racks to cool.
