How to make it

  • Drain cherries, reserve for another recipe
  • Disslove gelatin in some water, about 1 to 2 Tbs, in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Mix marscarpone with vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and cold milk
  • Combine well both mixtures together
  • Stir in lemon zest.
  • In each of 4 dessert glasses place 2 Tbs cherries, then some of the cheese mixture
  • Then place on some crumbled Ladyfingers, about 3 per dessert glass
  • Top with remaining cheese mixture
  • Drizzle with Kirsch
  • Chill well in the refrigerator
