How to make it

  • Quarter cabbage head and thinly slice, small dice onions
  • In a heavy 6 quart soup pot brown ground buffalo on high heat
  • add onions cook till translucent
  • add garlic and spices cook for 1 minutes but do not brown garlic
  • add slice cabbage
  • add tomato paste stir and cook 5 more minutes
  • add stock, bring to boil simmer for an hour
  • adjust seasoning and serve with a tablespoon of sour cream on top
  • Enjoy!

    Farm raised buffalo, great flavor less fat, you can use ground beef if you can't find buffalo locally.
