Downeast Deviled Crab

- 1Tbs butter shopping list
- 1tsp olive oil shopping list
- 2Tbs flour shopping list
- 3/4c skim milk blended with 1/4c non-fat powdered milk shopping list
- 1 egg yolk,beaten shopping list
- 3Tbs sherry shopping list
- pinch of nutmeg and dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2tsp salt and pepper shopping list
- 2c crabmeat shopping list
- 1/2c breadcrumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400. Spray 1 qt. baking dish with cooking spray. Heat butter and oil in saute pan,blend in flour. In a small pot bring milk to a boil,then quickly pour into the roux. Vigerously whisk until smooth. Remove sauce from heat and whisk in egg,sherry,spices and crabmeat
- Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake until crab is hot and top lightly browned.
