Ingredients

How to make it

  • Bake potatoes until tender(approximately an hour at 400)
  • Remove skins from potatoes and mash to desired consistency
  • Place flour in large pot on stove
  • Stir in milk
  • Heat on medium for about 8 minutes until thickened and bubbly
  • Stir in potatoes and cheese until cheese is melted
  • Turn stove to low and stir in sour cream and chives
  • Let heat for 10 more minutes (do not allow to boil)
  • Garnish with toppings as desired

    That would taste even nicer with some grated nutmeg on top. just a very light dusting :)
