Peking Style Asparagus Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat pan then add oil, stock, water, sherry, soy sauce and cornstarch.
  • Stir until boiling then add asparagus and heat thoroughly.
  • Serve immediately with shaved white cheese over top.

    This recipe sounds good, but I think I would grill my asparagus, then place in the sauce. I like the recipe though~
