Peking Style Asparagus

- 14 ounce can asparagus well drained shopping list
- 1/4 cup chicken stock shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sherry shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
How to make it
- Heat pan then add oil, stock, water, sherry, soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Stir until boiling then add asparagus and heat thoroughly.
- Serve immediately with shaved white cheese over top.
